Is OASIS Ascent the Right Program for My Child?

To ensure the program is right for their child, parents often want to find reviews from other people who went through short-term residential programs. Our short-term residential treatment center has helped heal many families and we believe our program can help your family too.

However, the opinion of our customers is our strongest feedback ever. You may want to watch and read what real families from our program say in the following video and reviews.  If you would like to speak directly with our alumni about their experience at Oasis Ascent, don't hesitate to get in touch with our admissions team. We’ll happily connect you with families who have recently completed our program.

Oasis Ascent provided a much needed safe place for my daughter to rest and start to recover after a mental health crisis that left her in a very vulnerable place of too well for acute psychiatric care, and not stable enough for a long-term residential treatment center. She left supported by dedicated counselors and nursing staff and was given the therapeutic support and expert assessment she needed to move to long-term care. The leadership of this program are experienced, very kind and hopeful and my daugher is truly on a better path now thanks to their care.

Maria

Put bluntly, OASIS saved our family! Everyone on the staff from admissions to therapists to mileau staff were well-trained, compassionate, and worked well together to ensure a successful outcome for both our daughter and our family. As parents, two components that were crucial for us, and not the norm we learned the hard way, were transparency and communication. Five stars all around for these! No more sleepless nights wondering if our daughter was ok. We completely trusted the staff to keep her safe and provide the support she needed. Although it was hard in the moment while there, since coming home she has nothing but positive things to stay; she felt their support. All providers since then are measured against those at OASIS; needless to say, it's a tough act to follow. We hope to never see the staff (in a professional setting) again, but if my daughter needs their help, it is reassuring to know they are there and would welcome her back. This was the third of three consecutive RTCs for our daughter. My only regret is that we didn't find OASIS first; it could have saved us from having to move her multiple times.
